1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code.
Restricted Areas
Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times. We will notify you during checkout if your location has any shipping restrictions.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above INR 999!
Standard Shipping Rates
For orders below INR 999, shipping charges will be calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1-2 business days for in-stock items
- 3-5 business days for pre-order or special items
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery
Express delivery options may be available for select locations at an additional cost. Express delivery typically takes 2-3 business days to metro cities.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- A tracking number to monitor your package
- Updates on delivery status
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your Central Arch account and viewing order history

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery of your baby products. The shipping carrier is selected based on your location and product requirements to ensure optimal delivery.
7. Delivery Process
Signature Requirement
For your security, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made (typically 2-3 attempts)
- You will be contacted to arrange redelivery
- Packages may be held at the local courier facility for pickup
If you do not claim your package within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Package Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery:
- Check for visible damage to the outer packaging
- Verify the contents match your order
- Note any damage or discrepancies with the delivery person
- Contact us immediately if there are issues
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours at customer.care@centralarch.com
- Provide your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building security
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact the courier using your tracking number
- Contact us at customer.care@centralarch.com within 7 days
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.
10. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- Products have different availability dates
- Package size or weight restrictions apply
You will receive separate tracking information for each package. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
11. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
If you need to change your address:

- We will attempt to update the address if the order hasn't shipped
- Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees
12. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
