At Central Arch, we stand behind the quality of our baby products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines how to return items and what to expect during the process.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Eligible Items for Return

The following items can be returned within 30 days:

  • Unopened baby clothing with original tags attached
  • Unused baby carriers and accessories in original packaging
  • Unopened toys and plush items
  • Baby bedding and blankets in original packaging
  • Unused feeding accessories and bowls
  • Baby care sets and grooming tools (unopened)

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used baby care products and grooming items
  • Nursing pillows or feeding accessories that have been used
  • Bath towels and washcloths (if packaging opened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include:

  • All original tags and labels
  • Any accessories or documentation that came with the product
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Your RA number clearly marked on the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Central Arch is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Tip: Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed, as you may need it for tracking purposes.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return:

  1. We'll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria
  2. If approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  3. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  4. The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll need:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for any defective or damaged items.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, items returned without authorization or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

After your return is approved:

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank/Credit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Total Time: Approximately 10-17 business days from when we receive your return

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit. The gift recipient should contact us with the order number to initiate the return process.
